REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree. If the degree is not directly related to ESL or the field of language, candidates must have a TESL/TEFL/TESOL certification.
- At least one year of experience teaching English as a Second Language to adults in a classroom setting (tutoring does not apply)

Candidates must be dynamic representatives who have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and relevant experience in sales, customer service, or administration.

Experience:Previous experience in areas such as sales, student advising, admissions, or office administration is frequently sought after.

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with students, donors, visitors, and other staff. Spanish& Portuguese might be required depending on location.

Interpersonal Skills:A friendly, positive, and outgoing personality is often desired, as is a compassionate and approachable attitude towards others.

Computer Proficiency:Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, are commonly required.
